Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process, and as a general policy, we do not accept changes to orders after placement.
However, if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order, we may be able to accommodate a change to either the product or the delivery address—provided the order has not already been processed. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of Trivanta Global Ventures.
